Total Exposure for each lessee up to $150,000 without financials with 3 years time in business. (maximum $75,000 per take down)

Start­Up Business
There are a number of different solutions in leasing for Start­Up businesses. Please run all start­ups through Lake Union Leasing, as we may be able to approve and fund them for you.

Used Equipment will be considered if the equipment is less than fifteen (15) years old. Terms from 12 ­ 60 months are available depending upon age of equipment.

Titled Vehicles
Leases available for New and Used commercial vehicles. Used vehicles up to 7 years old.

Municipal Leasing
Municipal Programs range from $5,000 to $250,000
